Learning objectives

The Integrated Course of Physical-Chemical and Experimental Sciences aims to provide to the students a solid knowledge and understanding of the topics specified in the programs of the single modules.
The course also aims to develop the students' capability to apply such knowledge and understanding in further University studies, in continuing education and in their future professional expertise.

The Integrated Course of Chemical-Physical and Experimental Sciences comprises the following Modules: Applied Physics I, Applied Physics II, Experimental Statistics, General and Inorganic Chemistry, Information Processing Systems. Specific contents are reported in the description of each single Module.

Teaching methods

The topics contained in the Programmes of the Modules will be illustrated and discussed during classroom lectures.
In specific cases, lectures will be integrated by active teaching through individual and group exercises and practical activities.

Assessment methods and criteria

The achievement of the objectives of the Integrated Course will be assessed through oral or written exams, or practice tests, depending on the specificity of the objectives of each module. More details are reported in the description of each module.
The global evaluation will be based on the average of the results of single Modules.
