The student, at the end of the course, by integrating the his/her background of anatomy, and physiology, should be able to demonstrate full knowledge of major diseases and syndromes in nephrology, rheumatology and urology
Prerequisites
Kidney, heart, lung, liver anatomy general pathology and physiology. Heart Failure. Diabetes mellitus.
Course unit content
The integrated course on kidney and urinary tract diseases gives the student the basic elements in order to understand etiology, pathogenesis, clinical aspects, diagnosis and therapy of the main nephrological, rheumatologic and urology diseases and syndromes
