Teaching methods
In the first part of the course the lessons will be frontal. The students, however, will be sollicitaded to anszer continous questions, applying a brainstorming method. It will be proposed to students also to act some critical working situations to resolve with right communication strategies. The course will be held trough lectures to students either in the classroom or in synchronous-streaming on the Teams platform, if Covid emergency will go on. Lectures will be supported by slide presentations, which will be available to students on the Elly platform.
Assessment methods and criteria
It will be proposed a written exam in order to check the acquisition of knowledge, understanding and comprehension in theme of communication. Students will be asked to answer to four open questions. The minimal votation will be reached if students answer to three of the four questions. Evaluation will considere the knowledge, competence, clearness, grammar accuracy and personal thinking. The final vote will be between 0 and 30. Students will know their votes, looking at the university platform ess3, that leaves the possibility to accept o refuse the vote within 7 days. In case of the persistence of the health emergency, the exams will be conducted remotely. The final mark will be reported directly on esse3.
Other information
Teacher will meet students at the end of each lesson.
