Full programme
General principles of Human Nutrition. Physiological requirements and functions of major nutrients. Assessment of body composition and of nutritional state. Setting up a diet plan.
The role of diet in the development of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, etc.
Epidemiology, patophysiology. medical therapy of obesity and bariatric surgery.
