The course in brief
The Master's Degree in Advanced Molecular Sciences for Health Products was created as part of the implementation of the Department of Excellence Project (2023-2027) - ALIFAR - which the Department of Food and Drug Sciences won in the "Area 03 - Chemical Sciences."
The reform of the LM-54 degree class (Class of Chemical Sciences), which introduced the Pharmaceutical-Chemical-Technological-Food track as a key specialization, allowed the Department of Food and Drug Sciences to design an educational pathway that complements and synergizes with the study programs offered by the University in the field of Chemical Sciences. In this context, the Master's Degree is positioned as an innovative program, delivered in blended mode and entirely in English, aimed at training professionals specialized in the design, preparation, biological evaluation, and regulatory assessment of health and wellness products (drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, botanical supplements, functional cosmetics, functional foods).
