Graduation Sessions Here you will find all the information on how to apply for graduation, the calendar of sessions with deadlines and all the necessary forms.
All administrative paperwork is handled by the Student registry office.

A.A. 2021/2022

Graduation session June

Date of graduation session: 13 June 2022 at 14:30 hours.
Online application deadline: 13 May 2022.
Deadline for recording examinations: 10 working days before the graduation session.
Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 10 working days before the graduation session.

Graduation session July

Date of graduation session: 21 July 2022 at 09:00 a.m.
Online application period: 21 June 2022.
Deadline for recording examinations: 10 working days before the graduation session.
Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 10 working days before the graduation session.

Graduation session September

Graduation session date: 22 September 2022 at 14:30 hours.
Online application period: 21 August 2022.
Deadline for recording examinations: 10 working days before the graduation session.
Deadline for thesis upload in ESSE3: 10 working days before the graduation session.

Degree application and forms

Submission of the degree application is exclusively online.
The application procedure for admission to sit the degree examination is then exclusively online no later than 30 days after graduation.

Documents to be submitted to the Degree Course Academic Office

The student wishing to submit the manuscript must deliver a copy to the Thesis Advisor and deposit a copy, signed by the candidate and countersigned by the Thesis Advisor, at the Academic Office of the Mathematics Complex. The latter copy shall be made available to the Commission and returned to the student after the graduation session.
Students who do not wish to submit a manuscript must submit a copy of the summary of their work of at least 4 pages prepared using the template downloadable here, this copy will be made available to the Commission.
The manuscript or summary of the work performed must be handed in at least 5 days before the graduation date
