Practices to be carried out at the Academic office of the Physics Degree Course

1) REQUEST FOR BEGINNING ACTIVITIES

The student must submit a request for the beginning of activities relating to the final examination at least two months before the start of the thesis activities.

The request for beginning of activities must be signed by the student and countersigned by the supervisor and sent by e-mail by the student to the Physics Degree Course Academic office (marco.squarcia@unipr.it), and to the Teaching Commission Coordinator (stefania.abbruzzetti@unipr.it).

The student can download the form for requesting the start of activities, together with the form for authorising the use of personal data. These should be attached to the email, together with the list of examinations taken (downloadable from ESSE3).

2) At least three days before the date set for the final examination, the student must:

  • provide the members of the Degree Committee and the RAQ, Prof. Abbruzzetti, with the presentation of the final test that the student will discuss during the final examination and with a summary of the thesis.This document, of no more than two pages, must be submitted in electronic format.
  • inform the Secretary of the Degree Committee, Prof. Mauro Riccò, of the number of ECTS credits obtained abroad.

Practices to be carried out at the Student registry office of the scientific degree courses

1. NO LATER THAN ONE MONTH FROM THE GRADUATION DATE

  • Graduation examination applications
    Applications for admission to sit the graduation examination must be submitted exclusively online by authenticating with your credentials and selecting the "Graduation/Final examination" menu.
  • Payment of the revenue stamp and the Diploma fee, if any.
  • Alma Graduation Questionnaire (www.almalaurea.it).

 
2. AT LEAST 10 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE GRADUATION DATE

  • The student must have finalised all examinations.
  • In the event of being unable to sit the degree examination, the student must notify the student registry office and the Secretary of the Degree Committee, Prof. Mauro Riccò, in writing at least 10 days before the date of graduation. Documents already submitted will be kept valid for the next graduation session except for the graduation application (with revenue stamp), which must be resubmitted.

 
3. AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO GRADUATION DATE

Upload the thesis to ESSE3.
