Learning objectives
<br />The student should acquire knowledge for the chemical and biological assessment of foods for animals and for identifying the factors that affect the digestibility and use of the foods. Learn the concepts regarding the food ration and the nutritional requirements for the pig in relation to the various productive and reproductive times.
Prerequisites
Possess knowledge regarding animal physiology with particular reference to the physiology of the digestive, reproductive and the lactation system.
