Learning objectives

knowledge and design ability of contemporary landscape design as an interpretative key that connects inhabitants, resources and human actions. Learning to transform the space we inhabit with the ability to build aesthetic experiences and environmental ethics through landscape design.

Course unit content

We observe the design of contemporary public spaces in an international dimension, be they urban, peri-urban, or with a large landscape dimension. The design of public parks, gardens, complex places of our present through the different scales of the landscape project

Teaching methods

5 design exercises will be addressed in class, through the creation of sections and models.

Assessment methods and criteria

The design exercises will be evaluated and the contents of the frontal lessons will be discussed
