Learning objectives

At the end of the course the student will be able to
  would understand the main areas of application of physical therapy and postsurgical rehabilitation programs
The student will also acquire an appropriate technical language
The course aims to deepen the knowledge of the anatomy of the oral cavity and and understanding of the pathophysiology of the stomatognathic system in order to develop in students a critical skill on the topics covered, and therefore use the knowledge and understanding of orthodontic diagnostic methods to order to optimize the setting of radiological diagnostic needs in relation to dentistry.
The Course of Respitatory and Cardiovascular Diseases is a part of the Integrated Course of Interdisciplinary Sciences. The course aims to enable the students to know the most frequent respiratory and cardiovascular diseases and to define their clinical features. We will give particular attention to technical aspects of chest imaging and their most common indications.

Teaching methods

Lectures will be held on-site in compliance with safety standards, provided that further instructions on the ongoing health emergency are not implemented. Supporting material will be available on the specific, student-reserved platform (Elly) and will include slide presentations, audio-video aids or video-recording of the lectures.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral exam, with more teachers in order to ensure the quality and level of knowledge and understanding of the course content and the ability to apply the acquired knowledge to professional practice. The trial will also evaluate the student participation in class.
