Integrated course unit module: ANATOMOPHYSIOLOGY

Learning objectives

Knowledge and understanding: the course is designed to give the students the methods for studying the morphological and functional organization of the human body at the different levels: the organs and the gross anatomy of the human body.
Applying knowledge and understanding: the student must recognize organs at the macro and microscopic level. Making judgements: the student must be able to support anatomical reasoning.
Communication skills: the student must use technical language in human anatomy.
Learning skills: the student must be able to summarize a brief anatomical text.

Prerequisites

No

Teaching methods

Class lectures with the aid of 3D anatomical patterns.
Presentation used during class lectures will be uploaded weekly on Elly platform, http://elly.medicina.unipr.it

Assessment methods and criteria

The check of the knowledge will be made by an oral exam at the end of the course, concerning the main topics of human anatomy with reference to respiratory system and auditory and vestibular apparatus.
