provide the knowledge necessary to understand the meaning of signs and symptoms of the main surgical pathologies and the knowledge related to the correct ways of collecting signs and symptoms in surgery.

lectures and blended e-learning related to activity in the simulation laboratory

Assessment methods and criteria

the student will be asked to demonstrate that he / she has learned the methods of collecting signs and symptoms through simulation activities in order to ascertain that he / she has achieved the objective ofapplying the acquired knowledge Furthermore, through an oral examination, questions will be asked regarding the contents of the course to ascertain whether the student has achieved the objective of knowledge and understanding of the contents.

Other information

The lectures and some activities will be available in the online environment of the FUNCTIONAL AND INSTRUMENTAL SEMEIOTICS course on the e-learning platform of the Department of Medicine and Surgery.
Part of the course will in fact be carried out online and during the first lesson on October 11th, online activities will be carried out in the classroom that will require access to the platform by students with their smartphone, tablet or laptop.
