Learning objectives
The course aims at allowing the students to understand the semeiology of pulmonary diseases and the role of imaging within the diagnostic workflow of patients.

Course unit content
Knowledge on imaging techniques (chest radiograph and chest computed tomography) and on clinical indications for evaluating the main pulmonary diseases: infections, neoplasms, diffuse infiltrative lung diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.

Teaching methods
Lectures will be held on-site in compliance with safety standards, provided that further instructions on the ongoing health emergency are not implemented. Supporting material will be available on the specific, student-reserved platform (Elly) and will include slide presentations, audio-video aids or video-recording of the lectures.
