understand the main manual and instrumental techniques used in rehabilitation and postsurgical rehabilitation programs
The student will also acquire an appropriate technical language

Course unit content
Principles of Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine. Main pathologies of the musculoskeletal system with indication to conservative-rehabilitation treatment. Tendinopathies. Muscles injuries. Joint pathology and injection techniques both freehand and US-guided. Will be explain manual and instrumental rehabilitative techniques and postsurgical rehabilitation programs

Principles of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. Instrumental Physiotherapy: thermotherapy, endogenous hyperthermia, cryotherapy, electrotherapy, Tens, C.diadinamiche, laser therapy, magnetic therapy, deep Osillation, Cryoultrasound Therapy, shock waves. Major rehabilitation methods: passive Kinesiotherapy - assisted - active, and occupational therapy, mechano therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, massage therapy. Post surgery Rehabilitation programs. Rehabilitation in the chronic-degenerative and traumatic diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Muscles injuries, Tendinopathies and injection therapy also US-guided in musculoskeletal system
