the student at the end of the course will have the necessary knowledge for a correct history of the surgical patient, for a correct execution of an objective examination of the abdomen and will have to know elements of the instrumental exams useful for a diagnostic programming for the most common pathologies surgery of the digestive system

the course provides the student with the knowledge necessary for a correct collection of the history of the surgical patient, for a correct execution of an objective examination of the abdomen and provides knowledge for the programming of instrumental examinations necessary for the diagnosis of surgical pathologies of the digestive system

Teaching methods
The lectures will be preceded by online quizzes for a survey of the student's opinions and knowledge. The results of the survey will be discussed in the classroom before the presentation of the lesson. The course will have the characteristics of multidisciplinarity and will involve nursespsychologists and sociologists. The slides of all the lessons will be made available on the Elly platform. Some lessons administered electronically, through the Elly platform will be preparatory to a correct performance of the internship in the simulation laboratory and in the department
Assessment methods and criteria
knowledge learning will be verified through open questions. in a traditional exam, the ability to correctly perform the medical history and the physical examination will be evaluated through practical tests in the simulation laboratory
