Learning objectives
At the end of the course, the student will have acquired the necessary information in choosing the correct surgical instruments to perform a biopsy or surgical removal as well as the ability to choose the most appropriate technique to be used to take a representative skin sample of the biopsied lesion.

Teaching methods
frontal teaching with the possibility of touching, holding surgical instruments, needles and threads. Projection of videos of operations in which the surgical instruments on display are used. In attending surgery, the student sees how are performed skin disinfection, biopsy or surgical excision, suturing as well as dressing. Alternatively or in mixed mode, online platforms will be used for inserting images and / or videos relating to the topics of the lessons alongside streaming lessons. To support, the Elly portal and the Teams application will be used.
Assessment methods and criteria
QUIZ: in a classroom or (expecially in pandemic periods) using the Teams platform : 30 multiple choice questions 5 of them are in plastic surgery. Several questions are fundamentals and the wrong answer
means an unsuccesfull test. The student could accept the final vote or try an oral examination
