Why in Parma?
The second-cycle degree course in Organisational, Digital and Administrative Innovation in Public Administration is an interdisciplinary course, mainly delivered in remote mode, that trains professionals capable of applying the principles of "New Public Management", promoting efficiency, accountability and performance measurement.
Public administration is undergoing a profound transformation in which digitalisation, artificial intelligence, project management and process simplification are fundamental elements for improving the quality of services offered. The course offers advanced tools for rethinking the management of public services, optimising the use of resources and decision-making processes, and developing innovative organisational models based on the evaluation of results.
The programme combines organisational, managerial, legal and technological skills to provide an integrated view of administrative innovation. The "mainly distance learning" teaching method, using advanced digital training platforms, makes it possible to combine study and work and favours a practical approach with exercises, project work and interaction with experts in the field.
The course is aimed at recent graduates who wish to specialise in the public sector, professionals in public administration and, more generally, those working in service companies and professional firms.
If you want to contribute to the improvement of services to the community and make public administration more efficient, accessible and innovative, this course will give you the necessary skills to become a protagonist of organisational change and digital transformation.
