Course presentation - video

Why in Parma?

The degree course is part of the Department of Chemical, Life and Environmental Sustainability Sciences, selected by the MUR (Ministry of University and Research) as a 'Department of Excellence' with extra funding that will enable it to launch new innovation challenges.

The course content is placed on the most advanced front of biomolecular approaches to living systems' knowledge, and is supported by very active research laboratories.

You will be directly involved in research activities in different areas, ranging from functional genomics of model systems to epigenomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, from supramolecular chemistry to molecular physiology, from bioinformatics to structural biology.

A vast network of agreements with important national and international realities contributes to the course's high-level educational and scientific context, allowing you to work with research organisations, hospital companies, pharmaceutical industries and advanced technology laboratories in the biomedical sector.
