Corso di Neuroscience - Università degli Studi di Parma

The PhD in Neuroscience aims to train researchers with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary perspective on various aspects of neuroscience and behavioral sciences, providing a high level of specialization in research within these fields. Multidisciplinary training is also emphasized to ensure a unified approach to the challenges that neuroscience PhD graduates will face in practice.

Specific training involves integrating students into a research group where they begin to carry out essential technical procedures for developing research practices in their chosen field. Multidisciplinary training is provided both on an individual basis and through various forms of integrated teaching, enabling students to acquire knowledge of the issues and research techniques specific to the disciplines represented in the PhD program, including molecular neurobiology, neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, cognitive neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and behavioral biology.
