Entry Requirements
Admission to the degree course in Gastronomic Science requires a high school diploma obtained in Italy or another qualification obtained abroad recognised as suitable according to current legislation.
Admission to the degree course requires an adequate initial preparation, which is verified on completion of enrolment by means of a non-selective online self-assessment test designed to ascertain the level of knowledge of enrolled students in certain subjects: biology; chemistry; mathematics and physics; logic; economics; history and general culture and to ascertain whether the student has the basic knowledge required to attend the course successfully.
