Learning objectives
Provide students, the employees of tomorrow, with the concepts required to understand and therefore sign and/or competently manage, personal employment contracts in general and, in particular, within the specific context of professional radiologist.

<br />Basic principles concerning employment as a dependent: Labour law in general; dependent and freelance employment; working for the government sector; employment contract; employer-employee relationship; health and safety in the workplace; employee maternity and paternity rights; sexual equality; installation of devices that could be used for remote employee monitoring; severing of the employer-employee relationship; social security cushions; severance benefits; special working relationships; safeguarding of worker rights; right to strike and striking in essential public services; the labour process; the “Biagi reform”, proxy law and implementational decree; analysis of the legal profile of the profession of Radiology Technician; analysis of the collective healthcare labour contract.
