Integrated course unit module: LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE MANAGEMENT ROLE

Learning objectives

The course of Administrative Law gives students comprehensive knowledge of the subject, with special regard to the relationship between administrative functions and health sector law. <br />
The course is run with the objective of giving students the intellectual tools necessary to understand administrative law and to acquire skills in the correct form of juridical linguistic expression. <br />

Prerequisites

In order to take the examination in Administrative Law, ideally students should have passed the examination in Public Law.

Course unit content

The course of Administrative Law includes the following aspects regarding administrative activities: origins, administrative procedures, the institutes introduced by Law 241/90 with its subsequent modifications, the different types of administrative provisions, access to documents.
