Learning objectives

The goal of the course is to provide the necessary elements and skills to enable the student to perform the professional activity in the specialist class of nursing and obstetric science, with particular emphasis on management, legal and administrative aspects of the manager’s role.

<br />The course covers the essential elements of various aspects of specific interest to nursing and obstetrics in the fields of Forensic medicine, Public and administrative law, and European Union Law. The aim of the teaching of each subject is to provide basic knowledge relative to the judiciary and public administration with specific reference to normative, administrative and jurisdictional principles at both national and Community levels.
