Learning objectives

The organisational autonomy acknowledged to the health companies leaves room
for organisational planning choices that aim to promote the
special skills and resources available, with a view to
improving the quality level of the services provided while
increasing their efficiency.

The course is divided into 4 areas, the aims of which may be summarised as follows:

1) focus on organisational analysis tools both at a macrostructural level (organisational setup) and at a microstructural level (roles and responsibilities);

2) analysis of the different types of architecture, components and criticalities of the Information Systems currently existing in the Health companies;

3) identification of the fundamental lines of the private law system through an analysis of some principles of private law.

4) analysis of basic concepts and of a selection of elements useful for contextualising the future professional position (management or teaching) of the students, within the network of skills and responsibilities typical of the position itself, in the relationship with the health organisation in question and the nursing personnel.
