Learning objectives

This integrated course is designed to provide fundamental concepts of statistics, informatics and physics. These elements will be used to better understand the methods and the instruments of a biomedical laboratory.

<br />Introduction to Informatics. MS-Word. Use of programs for an effective presentation of data. Archives. Excel. Internet: telnet and FTP<br />Metodology of clinical trials and biomedical research project; use of statistical sofware for elaboration of data<br />Basic principles of mechanics, kinematics and dynamics. Work and energy. Statics and dynamics of fluids with several examples on  biomedical applications<br /><br />
