Learning objectives
The organisational autonomy acknowledged to the health companies leaves room for organisational planning choices that aim to promote the special skills and resources available, with a view to
improving the quality level of the services provided while increasing their efficiency. The course focuses on organisational analysis tools both at a macrostructural level (organisational setup) and at a microstructural level (roles and responsibilities).
