Learning objectives
The first aim of the course is to make the students aware of the publishing mechanisms and dynamics interfering with the literary production. Secondly, we aim to guide the students through the making of a brief critical essay about a contemporary publishing event.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of contemporary Italian literature is required in order to undertake the course.

Teaching methods
The teaching consists of frontal lessons and written homework. The final exam grades are in thirties and assess the quality of both the written essay and the oral proficiency.
