Learning objectives

The main objective is to train students in the understanding of cerebral origin of obesity. The course will also provide students with knowledge and skill to select the more efficient way to communicate nutrition values, in order to influence
behavior while maintaining freedom of choice

CFU in Neuroshopping

Course unit content

Content will regard obesity and the necessity to tackle this problem with a new marketing approach from the perspective of Government , Brand Manufacturers and of Retail Distributors
