Application for graduation and forms

Submission of the application for graduation and thesis delivery is exclusively online.

Please read the instructions below carefully:

Instructions (MOD. A15/3/IND-UM) for humanities courses
Authorisation (MOD. A50) of the supervisor (in duplicate), filled in in every part and legibly, especially as regards the name of the supervisor and any rapporteur. N.B. form that can be filled in with Acrobat Reader, downloaded and using the "Fill in and sign" function
