Non-extendable deadlines
30 days before
- 30 days (final deadline by 12 a.m.) before the official graduation date, it is mandatory to complete the online degree application procedure and pay the fees relating to the application.

Attention: Fill in the digital thesis submission form on DSpaceUnipr and send it online, with the supervisor's signature, to the Department Library at bibvet@unipr.it.
20 days before
- 20 days (final deadline) before the official graduation date, graduating students must upload their final thesis/dissertation to their reserved area. Failure to upload the final paper will result in automatic exclusion from the graduation session.
Attention: Submit the thesis file (PDF/A) in DSpaceUnipr according to the instructions.
10 days before
- 10 days (final deadline) before the graduation date on the official calendar, students must have obtained the prescribed credits and, for those who have not already done so, submitted their internship booklet to the Student Registry Office
Attention: Students who still have their academic transcripts should hand them in at the Student Registry Office.
- Students who are unable to graduate must notify the Student Registry Office by the aforementioned deadline (10 days).
Graduation dates may be subject to change if the maximum number of graduating students is exceeded.
Attention: In the event of the student being prevented from sitting the degree examination, he/she must promptly notify the Student Registry Office in writing (segreteria.medicinaveterinaria@unipr.it).
