Learning objectives

This Course aims to introduce students to geological and geophysical techniques
of Subsurface Geology that reprents today the most important and widely vehicle for
petroleoum exploration.

Advanced Knowledges of Applied Geophysics

Intoduction, Seismic Reflection Surveying, Gravity and Magnetic Surveying,
Introduction to Geophysical Borehole Logging, Introduction to Seismic Stratigraphy

The course consists of oral lectures and practical activities mainly concerning the
interpretation of seismic reflection lines.
