Learning objectives
The goal of the course is to provide the theoretical knowledge beyond the functioning of the various dosage forms for therapy in order to understand the way for optimizing the therapeutic efficacy of an active pharmaceutical ingredient

The course concerns the modern approach to the medicine production, the composition and the characteristics of the various dosage forms as well as of the peculiarity of certain administration routes

• Dosage forms: powders; granules; capsules, tablets, suppositories drops, syrups: suspensions; emulsions; ointments; eyewash; injectables; aerosols; herbal remedies.
