Integrated course unit module: BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES

Learning objectives

<br />The aim of this course is to provide the students with the essential notions about the language of chemistry (symbols and formulae), structure of the atom, substance properties and chemical reactions, structure and function of organic molecules and the complex bio-molecules of living organisms. The final purpose is to provide the basic aspects to understand the topics of more advanced courses.
