The course has the following objectives: 1. Encourage the acquisition of the main knowledge relating to the construct of emotional regulation in the life cycle; 2. Promote students' knowledge of the link between emotional regulation and adaptation processes in various life contexts; 3. Acquire the knowledge of some tools to assess the emotional regulation ability; 4. Promote in students autonomy of judgment with respect to the theoretical and methodological issues addressed and an adequate ability to communicate on the aspects investigated and learned.
