Learning objectives

This course aims at providing Students with basic concepts regarding hygiene in breeding farms with special emphasis on animal health aspects, on the study of the main infections of productive animals and on the main methods for disease control along with the study of the main legislation in force. At the end of the course Students should have acquired competence in applying preventive and control measures as far as the main diseases of productive animals are concerned.<br />
