Learning objectives
At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to have an overview of collective bargaining, the methods of establishing and the main types of employment relationship with the related characteristics, useful when entering the world of work

The program provides for the analysis of the sources of labor law, collective bargaining, the types of employment relationships including flexible forms of employment, the rights and duties of the employee, the causes of suspension and termination of the employment relationship

Teaching methods
The teaching activities will be mainly conducted with lectures, with the possible activation of case studies or exercises. The slides used for the lesson will be uploaded on the Elly platform, accessible also for non-attending students.
The slides are an integral part of the teaching material.
Assessment methods and criteria
The summative assessment of learning can take place through a written test with closed answer, written test with an open answer, oral question.
Consultation of legal texts will not be allowed during the test.
