Learning objectives
The course aims to enable the student to know and understand the essential elements of the urban economy also in order to provide the student the ability to use the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify the needs of the territory and to prepare appropriate responses , showing independence of judgment and acquiring communication skills and learning.

Aspects of goods value from traditional estimate to international standards. Market oriented estimate procedures. Procedure of costs estimate (Cost approach). Estimate procedures for the capitalization of income (income approach). Choice of investments.
