Learning objectives

Acquiring a critical knowledge of the principal points and events of the contemporary history. The student will acquire specific skills and methodologies useful to improve his knowledge about particular topics of the Contemporary history, and to reinforce his cognitive ability to understand and reorganize his comprehension of the world.

The course offers an overview of the principal questions and events of contemporary history and focuses on the XXth Century, with particular attention to the European dimension.
