The lessons related to the lessons will be delivered online. Meetings may be scheduled in presence also accessible remotely in synchronous mode.
Educational content
The Master consists of 5 modules.
The first module "EU Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 and Next Generation EU: Focus Funds".
Module 2 "Project management techniques: from idea to project"
Module 3 "EU project management, budgeting and reporting techniques"
Module 4 "English for European Design: technical language tools"
Module 5 "Project Work"
Admission procedure
Selection test for qualifications and exams (interview).
According to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Public Administration and the University of Parma for the strengthening of the knowledge and skills of staff in public administration, can be admitted to the Master n. 10 candidates in service at the PA with a reduced registration fee, equal to € 2,466.00 (including € 16 per virtual stamp), instead of € 3,516.00 (equal to a reduction of 30% calculated on the student contribution rate).
The candidate concerned, during the registration for the online competition at the Master, must attach in the computer procedure, in addition to the documents provided, also:

The Master has been awarded three scholarships to cover the total registration fee following selection Call for Applications INPS University Master "executive" 2022/2023-2023/2024. Professional profile
The Master will allow you to acquire the necessary knowledge and tools to adequately interpret the directives coming from the European Union and translate them in the specific context of the national legal, administrative and economic landscape. The Master intends to train the figure of the Eurodesigner in the context of the Italian Public Administration.
