Access requirements
Previous degrees in life sciences, natural sciences, environmental sciences, forest sciences and agricultural sciences and technologies, veterinary sciences, pharmacy, chemistry and pharmaceutical technology. Three-year degrees in the new legal systems for the agricultural and forestry sciences and technologies (Class No. 20), environmental and nature sciences and technologies (Class No. 27), life sciences (No. 12), zootechnical sciences and technologies and animal production (n. 40), herbal sciences and health products (n. 24). Further qualifications (Degrees) may be evaluated by the Executive Committee on the basis of scientific-cultural affinity with the subjects proposed in the Master, also taking into account the CV submitted by the candidate.

Methods of implementation
The teaching activities of the Master will be delivered in presence. All practical activities will be carried out in the field in order to achieve the objectives of the master addressed to application aspects of the course.
Educational content
The Master aims to train and specialize graduates from different degree programs based on disciplines of Natural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences, Forest Sciences, Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, Veterinary Sciences, Herbal Sciences and Health Products, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology to promote their employment at a technical-scientific and decision-making level. Another training objective is to encourage professional updating for civil servants and private companies that already operate in the field of nature conservation (local authorities, park authorities, A.R.P.A., etc.).

Professional profile
The Master aims to train professionals with skills in the environmental sector and therefore able to find employment opportunities in public administrations that manage protected areas (Park Authorities, local authorities, A.R.P.A., etc.)as external consultants and freelancers in the same field. The Master is also aimed at those who already hold positions of responsibility in this field.
The areas of employment for which Master participants will be prepared are the following:
A. Management of the environment and fauna in public bodies:
- Technicians and managers of national and regional parks, nature reserves and other types of protected areas
- Technicians and managers of environmental services of regional and provincial administrations and mountain communities
- Technicians and managers of the Animal and Hunting Management Institutes
B. Liberal professions in the naturalistic and environmental fields:
- scientific disseminators,
- environmental educators,
-Technical consultants for environmental and wildlife management,
- Experts in the restoration and restoration of degraded environments
C. Scientific research:
-Universities and other research bodies.
