  1. Master’s or specialist degree in Medicine and Surgery
    Second level degree (ex D.M. n. 509/99 and D.M. n. 270/04) in the health and social professions;
    Second level degree in psychology, anthropology, sociology, pedagogy and humanities;
    Degree obtained according to the pre-reform regulations D.M. n. 509/99 equivalent to the above (D.I. 9 July 2009: http:///attiministeriali.miur.it/anno-2009/luglio/di-09072009.aspx);
    This title is the equivalent of abroad, recognized as suitable according to the regulations in force by the Executive Committee for the sole purpose of enrolling in the course.

The lessons related to the lessons will be delivered online (synchronous). Meetings may be scheduled in presence also accessible remotely in synchronous mode.
Educational content

The aim of the Master’s training activities is to provide learners with the following knowledge and skills:


1. Principles of adult pedagogy, learner-centred training, classroom, laboratory, in-situation training, e-learning

2.European standards for the analysis of training needs, curriculum design, evaluation of training, including the impact of training; recommendations of the Multi-Professional PatientSafety WHO curriculum and recommendations of the European Union

3. Classroom learning and laboratory: frontal, interactive lecture, group work, role play, case discussion, consensus conference, workshop; skills laboratory, experiential laboratory, relations laboratory and ethical situations, research laboratory, reflective laboratory and critical thinking

4. Effective and innovative strategies for learning: located learning, reflective learning, case discussion in situation, internship, internship, bedside training, skills portfolio, use of storytelling and autobiography for learning

5. Research on training

Professional profile

The proposed master’s course ranges from the design skills of the most typical training processes of the ECM to the competent use of training methodologies of the latest generation.In addition, it deepens methods of evaluation of learning, as well as process and effectiveness. The Master aims to bridge the gap between the possession of even advanced skills and their effective transfer to other professionals in learning. It is therefore aimed at professionals who intend to carry out training in health companies, in the degree courses in the health and social field and in the liberal profession.
