Bachelor of Health Professions listed below: Degree in the class SNT/1 (Health Professions, Nursing and Prof. Obstetric Health), SNT/2 (Profess. Sanitary Rehabilitation), SNT/3 (Profess. Sanitary Technical) and SNT/4 (Profess. Health Prevention). Diplomas obtained according to the previous legislation of the members of the health professions referred to in DM 509/99 and referred to in Laws 26 February 1999 n. 42 and 10 August 2000 n. 251, considered valid, pursuant to art. 10 of the Law of January 8, 2002 n 1, for access to Master’s and other Courses activated by the University, provided they hold the Diploma of Five-Year Maturity obtained in Italy or, by title obtained abroad, after at least 12 years of schooling.

The teaching activities of the Master will be delivered in presence
Educational content

The aim of the Master’s training activities is to provide learners with the following knowledge and skills:

1. contribute to the implementation of health planning policies; 2. analyse and decode demand and organisational and/or training gaps; 3. design and manage improvement interventions on production and technological processes; 4. provide advice on topics of specific competence; 5. design and manage a human resources development system; 6. design and manage a reward system; 7. design and manage a training intervention; 8. design and manage quality improvement and research processes; 9. develop and control the information and information system.

Professional profile

Advanced training course for the acquisition of specific skills in the management-organizational area of first level, which focuses on the interaction between people and work context.

The Master, structured in groups of preparatory courses, develops the specific skills of the management and coordination function in the contexts of the areas in which the different health professions are located.
