Learning objectives
Allowing students to direct see the production realities to concretely verifying what they learned in the theoretical lessons relating to winemaking technologies.
Prerequisites
Students participating in the company visit should have attended or are attending the course of Prof. Carini.
Course unit content
The course is based on a visit to a winery during which the same topics seen in the classroom will be addressed regarding the relationship between winemaking and product quality, with an application perspective.
