Learning objectives

To provide analytical tools to the students, who can interpret the behavior and the role of the multinational enterprises. It is expected to make their integration at level of international management easier

Elements of industrial organization; theory of multinationale enterprises; global value chains; inernational strategy of the firm; national industrial policy; policies of international institutions; focus on policies attracting foreign direct investments
