Learning objectives

The main goal of the course is to present the biological functions at the cellular and intercellular level, through the description of the common mechanisms characterizing eucaryotic cells. The bio-physical quantitative tools for studying general mechanisms such membrane transport, cellular excitability, and synaptic activity, will be provided.
