Learning objectives

The goal of the course is to provide students with a method of analysis and legal-political lexicon capable of translating reciprocally the various legal standpoints of individuals belonging to different cultural worlds. To be able to make use of a theoretical platform for political dialogue that will promote democratic handling of the diversity of cultures and conflicts these give rise to within the state as a whole.

E) INTERCULTURAL LEGAL BODIES HYPOTHESES AND PROPOSALS FOR FUTURE LEGISLATION.
