Learning objectives

To support learning an in-depth study on the administrative law.

Prerequisites

To take the exam of Administrative law, you must have passed Constitutional law; Istitutions of private law and Istitutions of roman law.

Course unit content

The course concerns the study of administrative law and in particular: public administration; sources of administrative law; the administrative organization and action; the administrative procedure; the administrative agreements; the public contracts.
