Learning objectives
The course aims at providing students with the basic notions and concepts of public international law. At the end of the course, students will be able to correctly recognise, interpret and apply international law rules, in relations among States and within the domestic legal system

- Sources: custom, treaties, other norms.
- Codification.
- the Law of treaties
- Use of force and limits of international law

- Dispute settlement.
- International law in the domestic legal system.
