Learning objectives

The aim of the course is to identify the fundamental lines of the private law system also through the study of the main legal relations between subjects.

The legal system. Legal sources and interpretation of legal standards. <br />
The legal relationship. <br />
The subjects. natural persons, legal persons and non-personified bodies. Personality rights. Assets, rights in rem and possession. <br />
The obligatory relationship. sources and events. The contract: general regulation. The main typical contracts. The most frequent atypical contracts. The obligations deriving from an illegal act. <br />
Family law: marriage, personal and property relationships between spouses. Personal separation of spouses. Dissolution of a marriage. Parentage. Adoption. Succession through death: general principles. Testamentary, legitimate and necessary succession. <br />
