Learning objectives
GOALS: The subject of the course is, first of all, the general part of criminal law; therefore, the course will analyse the general principles, the crime, its constituent elements, the attempt, the complicity of persons and complicity in crimes; particular attention will then be given to punishments and security measures, with a mention of replacement punishments and the institutions governed by (Italian) Law 26 July 1975, no. 354 and subsequent amendments.
